Who operates this service

Security Administration Center is operated by Asumdoud. It is an independent tool for the Pathos Security Department and is not operated by or affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

Information we collect

When you sign in with Roblox, we receive information authorized through Roblox OAuth, including:

When patrols are recorded, we store the patrol duration, the Roblox IDs of the members listed as attendees, their recorded participation minutes, the submitting user ID, and the date and time of submission.

Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver and protect this service, such as request metadata and security logs. We do not intentionally collect passwords, payment information, government identification, or precise location data.

How we use information

Sharing and service providers

We use Roblox OAuth and Roblox public group APIs to authenticate users and verify group roles. We use Cloudflare Workers, Pages, D1, KV, and related infrastructure to host the service and store application data. We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect the service and its users.

Retention and deletion

Account session data is kept only while needed for authentication and expires automatically. Patrol records are retained until a notice is submitted within (discharge_notices)[https://discord.com/channels/1031005456421892157/1034273088243777546]. You may request correction or deletion of information by contacting asumdoud.sleepless@gmail.com, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate administrative or legal reasons.

Children

This service is not directed to children under 13]. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact asumdoud.sleepless@gmail.com.
